Charlie was my barber. He loved to ride his motor-cicle. There was a gray bearded man in the other chair, and a shoe shine guy. I was 12. My great grandfather, who was 90, got his wig chopped here. we tipped $1. 1985. You could smoke in there. If it's still open, ask for a haircut, expect it to be a little crooked on the bangs. Talk motor bikes, smoke cigs, with 12 year olds.

Excellent barber shop, have gone there for 30+ years and always great. And had to say something there is a review below that is just a complete lie. You can see how it doesn't match anyone else. And does not describe anything ever seen at this place.

I have been going to this barber shop for over six years. I always plan my trip to Amarillo around getting my haircut there. The lady barbers are always in good spirits and lifts mine as well. They may not dress in the fanciest clothes as a prior post said; but who cares and would you wear your Sunday best to cut hair! I will keep going back as long as they're in business. Sonya can really cut a flat-top!
