We ENCOURAGE everyone to call Drew and his team for their diesel repair needs.... Our son was on his way back to college and passing through Amarillo when he experienced issues with our 2018 Ram 3500. After calling numerous shops in the area, Drew was the first one to contact us. He was extremely courteous in helping us get our truck to his shop. Drew and his team are the epitome of politeness and respect in keeping us updated on the progress of the vehicle, the parts, and working with us against the enemy ( the insurance company ) and the final invoice.We feel that in today's world when most shops try to take advantage of the customer. Drew was awesome! Straight up guy and fair pricing! My F-350 had the intercooler hose pop while pulling my 5th wheel from Washington to Florida and we were able to limp it to his shop without notice. He got my truck in right away to diagnose. He recommended an amazing place to stay in our 5th wheel while he worked on the truck and had us rolling out as soon as the parts arrived. His pricing was very reasonable as he could have easily tried screwing over an out of towner. Definitely a honest straight up guy running a honest business. Drew, his wife and employees are absolutely amazing! Our truck had mechanical problems while pulling our fifth wheel from Colorado to Texas. Once we contacted them, they were able to accommodate us, find the parts and get the repairs done in less than 5 hours. This team is professional and got all of this done on the Friday before Christmas so we could complete the trip in time to enjoy the holiday with family! On top of the outstanding service the price was extremely reasonable considering the circumstances. if we lived in the area I would not take our vehicles to anyone else.
