I had the best experience getting my eyebrows waxed at Ulta. My appointment was with Rebecca. When I got there she was finishing up with the previous appointment and while she cleaned we started talking. I told her I have sensitive skin and we continued to chat while she set up for my appointment.
She mapped out the shape of my brows and asked what I thought and gave me some other options if I didn’t like what I saw but they looked great. Clint was amazing to talk to and deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He knowledge pointed me in the right direction for my skin care. Sadly, he is from Dallas and won't be in the store all the time.

On 04-11-25 I went to Ulta and the most wonderful makeup artist Emily assisted me. She helped in figuring out the best fondation, powder, and blush for my daughter. She was kind, patient, and was very engaging. Thank you Emily for your professionalism and your hard work.
