I went for my first stretch and also laid in the sound bed. I had an amazing experience. I felt great after I left and I literally slept for 11 hours that night. I never sleep that long. Marla explained everything during the stretching and gave me exercise exercises to do at home. I love this place and will definitely be going back.

So good to have Marla to bring this service to Amarillo. There are times when only an assisted stretch will do! Cynthia was gracious and did a great job providing me stretches - even when I might not have been the best recipient.

I’ve had a great experiences here. The stretching sessions are excellent for overall health, wellbeing and flexibility. The facility is clean and well-maintained, the staff are professional and knowledgeable. You can tell the stretch therapists are well-trained—they know what they’re doing.
