They are friendly people.
First time and had no issues here. The staff was pleasant and the doctor she was thorough and friendly. I liked the old school feel and didn’t feel pressured.
I arrived 30 min early. There was no one in the waiting room; however, there were patients in the back. I was able to fill out new patient info on my phone, which was very easy. The receptionist, Taneshia was very polite and professional. I was called quickly and the exam began. The tech, Gabby was also professional, approachable and demonstrated pleasant patience with me. Dr. Alspar is also very professional, thorough, and explains using Layman's terms. Overall it was an enjoyable visit, yet I do need bifocals.
