Don't expect to be in and out on a walk-in. Been trying on and off for months to pop in during my lunch break. Not a bad problem to have as a business (being busy), but I'm getting shaggy and can't commit to an appointment with my work schedule ?‍?.

Friendly knowledgeable staff with attention to detail. Customer satisfaction seems to be a priority. It can be busy at times and I don't like to wait but their online check in allows me to not be tied to a lobby full of people as I can run errands or get a cup of coffee or a drink nearby until I get a notification that my turn is soon.

Always have a great experience when I come in. My stylist Steph took her time to understand exactly what my kiddo wanted and treated him like he was the one making all the choices. And that made him feel special. We will definitely be back!Services: Haircut
