Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I can not say enough about our two techs from Snow Bear Heat & Air - Amarillo. We live in the middle of the desert region of West Central Texas and they drove from Amarillo to install a new Goodman 4 ton air conditioner, adding three new vents in the attic at 110 to 120 degree heat, and a Daikan Mini Split for my shop. Each of the two days they were here they worked their hind ends off in 107 degree heat with a heat index of 110 to 112 degrees and the smile never left their faces. Top of the line professional installation for a new mini-split. Great communication throughout the process and very efficient and quality workmanship. The owner, Daniel worked side by side with the technician, Michael to get the work done. The fact that the owner not only oversaw the installation but performed it himself just shows the commitment to quality and love for the job. You can tell there is a genuine commitment to the customer and the final result. We are very pleased and happy to have chosen Snow Bear for the job and will definitely recommend them going forward.
