We live in the middle of the desert region of West Central Texas and they drove from Amarillo to install a new Goodman 4 ton air conditioner, adding three new vents in the attic at 110 to 120 degree heat, and a Daikan Mini Split for my shop. Each of the two days they were here they worked their hind ends off in 107 degree heat with a heat index of 110 to 112 degrees and the smile never left their faces. Thank you Snow Bear for answering my call after 10 pm on a Saturday and getting a technician out here early the next morning on a Sunday, especially during July when temps are getting near 100 during the day . You really saved us from having to suffer through another hot night. The technician, Hector, was awesome and quickly figured out the problem (a capacitor went out). He had the correct replacement on hand and switched it out quickly. He also waited to make sure the air temp coming out of the vent was good and checked for any other problems while he was here. My a/c went out and I had few quotes from a few places. Hector came out with Snow Bear and Home Depot and he was the most through with his a/c checks. He showed me pictures from the attic of where the problem was coming from.
