Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Amaris, I believe was her name, was the first person I spoke with. She was very friendly and put my mind at ease. Ted and Angel arrived within a few hours (I live 2 hours away) and immediately went to work. They were very polite and professional. Over the course of several days they came back to assess the progress on drying out my house. Ted and Angel were upfront and honest with me, while working to meet my needs as well. I would and have recommended Servpro of Amarillo for any issue or disaster you may encounter. I hope this never happens again, but if it does they will be my first call.
