Great guys. Had some issues with a replacement screen and they sorted it out and got is fixed at no additional charge. Daylan was extremely helpful and resolved everything on the quick!

Horrible experience with battery joes, I took my PlayStation up there 3 different times to fix the hdmi port fixed which broke immediately after getting repaired. They do not do good service and blame it on you and when they put it back together they use the wrong glue and get it all over the board which can make your PlayStation short out sooner or later. I would recommend going to elec tech because battery joes sucks. All he did was shrug his shoulders and say there’s nothing he can do to help me.

Walked into the store around 4:30 and was greeted by an employee behind the counter who asked us what we needed. I said that we needed an iPhone battery replaced and the employee said “oh well we close at 6 so I don’t think we can help you today.” …strike #1. The employee then said “yeah I’m worked on this tablet screen and some other guy is doing a back glass so we can’t.” Cool story, don’t care. Another employee came over and asked us what kind of phone it was, i told him and I mentioned that it had been replaced by this store less than a year ago and asked about the warranty. The employee rudely said “yeah no we got a new system so we don’t have a record of that. It’ll be $90 today.” Okay? Thanks… strike #2. The same employee said that it was 4:30 and they close at 6 (again) so he couldn’t get to it. When I said “is there anyway we can try to get it done today?” He said, “ugh, yeah, but I’ll probably break the back glass.” Fine whatever. It took him all of 15 minutes to change the battery, was too bothered to make sure the phone turned on, and did not seem interested in plugging it in to make sure the phone worked properly. We were out of there before 5pm… a whole hour before the store closed. As someone who works in customer service, I was appalled by this interaction. Do better. This was horrendous and extremely unprofessional. **EDIT** Despite being told I’d be refunded, I reached out and never got a response. Yikes Battery Joe. 🤡

Phone Medic’s customer service is top notch! Andrew, the owner, was extremely helpful. My son’s phone was repaired in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend phone medic for all your phone needs!

Recently I visited my local store to have new batteries put in my car key fobs. Levi was so helpful and genuinely interested in showing me around. I ended up with 3 flashlights and a new cooler. The flashlights are small and very bright. Perfect for walking to my car in a dark parking lot. It was a great experience.
