Do not give them any identifying information!! Especially your phone number. I got a quote for windows over a year ago. Decided to shop around, and did not buy from them. But they have my number and now I get endless spam calls from multiple Pella numbers. I block each one and it continues with another number. You've been warned.

Melissa was great in helping me pick which widows were best for me! She was professional, kind and responsive! I gave two stars, but not because of Melissa, she was great! I was just a little frustrated with Pella. I am a first time homebuyer, and therefore this is my first time buying windows. The trim I got is much larger than my existing trim. And I wish I had more guidance on how strange that would look in my home when they came out to measure. The person measuring was wonderful. I just needed a little more guidance and I didn’t get that. The installation team led by Bryce were FANTASTIC - I can not say enough nice things about them! They tried to help me out, but sometimes when you work with a big company like Pella, they dont want to or have to be flexible with their customers and swap out trim. I was just told too bad, I signed the agreement, which is correct. Just wish I had more guidance. If you choose Pella, be aware larger companies might not be as flexible or customer focused and that is important when you’re spending tens of thousand of dollars to make improvements to your home. I was disappointed.

When we built our house we wanted quality windows with a good warranty. Now that I need repair on one window I find out how bad the warranty is . Had to pay $200 and wait a month for a young man who came from Lubbock I think. He fixed NOTHING. Was in my home 10 minutes, told me my window needed new balancers and they would get back to me . I received an estimate of almost $800 which included another $200 service call . I don’t need a new window,just parts for this one. When I complained I was told they don’t make my model anymore and they had to estimate like building a new window, but they would wave the additional $200, That’s still $600 for a repair.
