Took care of all my concerns and put me on a path to have everything repaired as soon as possible. Dr. Fitch was very clear and explained everything to me so I understood exactly what the problem is and what will have to be done and referred me to who he said is the best surgeon in town. I feel much better about everything.

“I’ve been going to advance eyecare for about 10 years I believe. And I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even when I moved away when I would come into town to visit, I’d go to advance eyecare to get my glasses. When I was younger, and I couldn’t afford frames, they make me feel bad for ordering things online and bringing them in to have the lenses fit. Even when I broke my frames that weren’t bought from them, they held me fix them. I’ve always seen Dr. Daphne, And I’ve always had a wonderful experience, And he’s always explained everything to me when I asked questions. If you’re new in town or been a local Amarillo your whole life, I’d recommend going to advance eyecare. I’m biased towards Dr. Daphne, but I’m sure any of their doctors are fantastic on staff. I just wanna give a quick shout out to Trinity. She helped to pick out some glasses and sunglasses. She didn’t try to sell me anything, or force anything. She was very genuine, And she helped me find the right pair for me and crunched all the numbers right in front of me so I knew exactly what I was going to pay walking out the door. She definitely deserves a raise! Camila Checked me out when I was leaving, And she was also very kind and very genuine. I think she also deserves a raise. Whoever is in charge, good job hiring good staff. You guys have a great service and have always treated me very well. God bless you guys! “Amazing! From the front staff to Dr. Chafin it was all around amazing! It was my son’s first contact exam/trial, and they were so patient with him, reassured him and went over it all! WITHOUT charging me a $109 “contact lense training fee” like another place wanted to! He even answered a question about my contacts for me not even being the paying patient! We are switching our whole family to Dr Chafin now!!!“

“I arrived 30 min early. There was no one in the waiting room; however, there were patients in the back. I was able to fill out new patient info on my phone, which was very easy. The receptionist, Taneshia was very polite and professional. I was called quickly and the exam began. The tech, Gabby was also professional, approachable and demonstrated pleasant patience with me. Dr. Alspar is also very professional, thorough, and explains using Layman's terms. Overall it was an enjoyable visit, yet I do need bifocals.

“I went to the St Luke Eye Institute the end of 2023.. And was I impressed!! There was NO wait time, as they were ready for me! The Dr. was very kind, gentle with a very warm, welcoming attitude!! She showed me my images that she took of my eyes, and explained each piece of information to me so they she knew I had grasped it! She’s set patient and calming! After my eye exam was over, she walked me over to the side where you pick out your glasses.. Their samples were many and very affordable! I was in there probably an hour deciding which pairs I would get! The lady in this part was just as sweet and helpful as the doctor!! It’s amazing, in this day and time, to find doctors, or ppl, who are genuinely kind, compassionate, and are willing to go that extra mile so the customers know exactly what is available! I’m so happy that I’ve found such an amazing office for all of my eye exams, glasses, contacts, and even just questions I may have that will be a great resource for me!!
