Need Us Bark Us gave both my dogs (Bisbee and Finnegan) an amazing grooming experience. I was hesitant to bring my dogs to a groomer because of a hot spot on my Aussie’s tail at the end of last year (probably caused by a change in shampoo or too close of a shave in his private area). Need Us Bark Us was attentive to both of my dogs’ needs, and finished the groom in an acceptable time frame (I wasn’t waiting till 6:00 for them to get done). Their coats were also fully blown out, so I didn’t have tons of hair floating around my house after their groom. I couldn’t recommend Need Us Bark Us more. Great experience! Will definitely have my business for the foreseeable future. 😆

Kayla is amazing!! My dog is very nervous at the groomer and he had some bad mats. She spent hours dematting him, made him look so good, and he was a lot less anxious when I picked him up. I will definitely be back :)

Oh my goodness I can't say enough good things about my first experience today at NUBU!! This was not only my babies first time but mine too so we were both nervous. From the minute we walked in the customer service was top notch and the ladies for so sweet a personable. You could tell they loved their job! My Honey looked so fluffy and beautiful when I picked her up! What a wonderful experience for us and especially our sweet girl on her first spa day! Thank y'all so much! 💓🐾

So I went in to ask how much to trim nails. I have just moved here so we are looking for a nail trimmer. We go every two weeks. I was told around $20. I think high but decided to come back on there time frame… 9,11,3:15 only time they do nails. At 3:15 I showed up expecting employees ready to get job done. Employee walking out door was asked to stay and do his nails. So let me get this straight…come back when we tell you but the only employee you have is leaving for the day! Anyway she was nice…took about 5 mins…only cause dremel battery died and had to find another. The bill was $27.00… That’s ridiculous. You think I come back for that price at your designated time for a less then 5 minute spent on my dog. Never again!
