He called to confirm my 2pm appointment then stated he will show up around 2:30 or 2:45. It was okay with me though. But he never showed up or called back ??♀️. This is his “professional” response to me.
This guy is super busy and does great quality work and he works with you as a customer to get you what you want! I happy that he is fair and honest. I have done thousands of dollars with John and I would recommend him to anyone! I will continue to work with John for many years I hope!
Low balled us. Lied to us. Intentionally did what he wanted rather than what we asked by building the fence with pickets to the street rather than yard. Refused to let us pay him for used expenses and labor and return other supplies so we could hire someone competent. He asked to come back to finish rather than risk small claims court, but required prepayment of an additional $600 for labor to correct his mistake. Finally, he partially completed the project. IF you choose his service- get explicit detail in writing and have someone on standby to correct his mistakes in the unfortunate event it’s necessary.
