I was just asking for a quote and he told me that it was costing him $65 just to look at my request on thumbtack, but he would only charge his $50 service fee. Long story short -- he sent text to my phone and he won't get my business EVER.
He called to confirm my 2pm appointment then stated he will show up around 2:30 or 2:45. It was okay with me though. But he never showed up or called back ??♀️. This is his “professional” response to me.
This guy is super busy and does great quality work and he works with you as a customer to get you what you want! I happy that he is fair and honest. I have done thousands of dollars with John and I would recommend him to anyone! I will continue to work with John for many years I hope!
