Had a good understanding of the Leaf filter system from Josh. As our gutters are 33 years old we will have those replaced at the same time. He was thorough and offered good suggestions to the project.
We came back to Leaf Filter because this is a great product. The salesman (Josh) was great, putting us in touch with the right people to resolve our frustrations and keep us informed of developments. The crew (Jose and Julio) were exceptional. They worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy. HOWEVER, the schedular/site manager (Mike) didn't seem to care about our job. He sent the crew to a service call, resulting in an hour and a half arrival past our scheduled 4-hour window, causing them to work extremely late into the night. Josh Meadows was great, he explained everything thoroughly and we had just started the process of looking at gutters. He was able to work with us and get it to a price we were comfortable with, and we are looking forward to our new gutters!
