First time coming to Kaizen, Racheal was extremely welcoming. A great low impact workout, didn’t think I’d sweat as much. I encourage anyone to try one class and see how you like it. I loved mine.
The best yoga studio and instructor in town! I have fallen in love with yoga thanks to Rachel, and it’s made such a positive impact on my life. Highly recommend to anyone, experienced or not!
Excited to have a studio in Amarillo! Rachel is hands down one of my favorite yoga teachers I’ve had. She does a great job at meeting where they are at and encourages play in her practice. Highly highly recommend a membership for the value.
