I recently started using this dry cleaning service, and I’m already impressed! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a valued customer from day one. They handle my clothes with care, and I’ve been really pleased with the results. Pricing is reasonable, and their turnaround time is impressive. I took some cloths there. My wife went to pick them up brought them home and hung them in the closet. I didn't know I was missing a pair of my pants until weeks later when I was getting ready to go out of town. I get back in town go up there let them know I'm missing my pants. They said the owner will call me. He never did. I go up there again talk to an employee and she says she gave me all of my pants back. I go home check again and I have pants that don't belong to me so I take them back left them with a employee and she tells me one of the girls mixed everyone's pants and it's been a mess and that the owner will call me back. Been going to jiffy cleaners for 7 yrs, had minor issues through out the years of service. Recently had an issue but the owner personally solved my problem with expedient and exemplary customer service. Thank You so much!
