I couldn't have asked for a nicer person on a stressful day. I was very impressed with Abi and Gary's. They were nice, affordable, and were able to come to my house the same day I called. In fact, they had an opening before my scheduled appointment that they offered to me. So my air conditioner was repaired and complete before my original appointment time. I will definitely recommend to anyone that may need them. I will also use their services again with any future problems or maintenance.
Professional and considerate. Very tidy. Always prompt if we have had a problem with heating or air which is rare because we use their semiannual maintenance program. Definitely recommend Gary’s Heating and Air!!
Since returning to Amarillo four years ago, I have relied upon Gary’s for my HVAC system checks & maintenance., and, in May, 2026, they replaced my aged furnace & central A/C.
•Office staff Tina and Erica have, through the years, been cordial & professional in scheduling work & communicating updates.
•Abi Aviles was effective in his April, 2026 system assessment and maintenance of my previous equipment, as were his associates in previous years. He also visited during the installation of my new system.
