Garrett was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Explain the situation to him and within a couple minutes, he knew exactly what the problem was. Ran and got the part he needed it and had us up and running within an hour or two. Very professional best part is when he left it looked like he was never even here.

I had outdoor faucets that haven't worked in years. I couldn't turn the knobs. I procrastinated to get them repaired because I was concerned about cost and how long the work would take. Daniel Hawley and his helper (sorry I forgot his name) from Frank's Plumbing came out, assessed the problem and gave me a reasonable quote on repairing all three. They were able to do the work the same day in a short period of time, were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I very much appreciated them and their professionalism. I will definitely use Frank's plumbing again.

Would be nice if they would keep an appointment. Tell them you have no ac and they call reschedule then cancel this has been three days in a row.

so i called franks to because water was flowing out of the washer drain. two guys came fairly quickly. then they said they would run a snake down the drain. after about 10 minutes they said it was good and charged me $350.00 dollars. A couple days later i went in that bathroom cause i never use it. The bathtub was full of black liquid. lots of dirt too I think. Evidently the back flush they did all went to the bathtub. its draining its sitting there. now i need to get someone to clear the drain. better check your work guys.

I called Frank's Repair this morning for a clogged kitchen sink, and they were able to send out two technicians the same day. Garrett and Jordan came out and got my kitchen sink draining like a charm. Jordan was able to clean up all the standing water and rotor out the clog. Both men were very polite and very conscientious about leaving the area clean. I will definitely be calling on Frank's Repair again in the future.

Skylar and Daniel were prompt and very polite! They slipped paper booties over their shoes to protect our floors. Informed us every step of the way what they were doing. Both were quite knowledgeable! We feel secure moving into our 'new' home, knowing everything was in great condition, thanks to Skylar and Daniel. Recommend Frank's to anyone in the Amarillo area!!
