Had a Nintendo Switch 2 suddenly stop working on me. The technician was very upfront that because it's a new console, that parts and repair guides are limited, but agreed to diagnose the problem. After a few days, Electech reached out that they were confident, they could fix the problem. Needless to say they took care of the issue, and returned the switch to me. Overall, very professional, honest, and straightforward with a price that felt fair.
