The only thing that would make this gym any better is if they dispensed solid gold coins from the paper towel holders. Seriously, though, the gym has wonderful owners, a great general manager (thank you, Susie) and hard-working and friendly staff who keep the rooms and machines clean and well-functioning. If you have to go to the gym (and I guess we all do, especially those of us who like to eat), this is the place to be.

I’ve been a member for almost 15 years. The people that teach and attend the morning classes are great. I have made many good friends. I have also gotten in great shape. The DAC has been a real blessing for me!

I give this five-star mainly for Betty Goodgion. Her classes are the only ones I've ever attended. She taught Jacki Sorenson Aerobics for years, then Age is the Rage, then Zumba, now Age is the Rage again. It appears there are changes going on, and I worry I won't be able to continue her classes. I don't want a membership, and was happy to be able to pay by the class. We'll see what the future holds. I worry that age is a factor here, and the older quadrant is not a focus, even though we have supported the gym for years.
