“Clean!!! This dealership is clean!! The lot, the sales, parts, service offices and the drivers lounge are very nice! The drivers lounge has plenty of comfortable seating. Free coffee and showers and some vending machines.
The shop was almost too clean!!! ?
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.... I honestly don't have a bad thing to say about this facility or the people who work it... If you have to deal with a broke down truck, this is the place to it...“

“Okay if you are coming through Amarillo Texas and need a mobile mechanic THIS is the best one you can get .We called and Jacob answered the phone and we told him our sprinter van was losing coolant at the QT off interstate 40.He came right out and saw the problem it was late in the day so we got a room and he ordered the part picked it up the next morning he came and worked in the heat to replace the water pump .Jacob we can't thank you enough for being so amazing and helping us out .They are also a better deal than other mobile mechanics....this is Diesel he's a mechanical magician. “Fuel pump died on our son's 1-ton GMC dually. Mobil Service and Colton showed up very quickly. Spent 30 minutes diagnosing the issue. Since our son was towing a trailer towing the rig to the shop was problematic but since no other Amarillo towing service stepped up to the plate Colton did. He figured out how to tow the rig to the Dean shop. He got on the search for a new fuel pump immediately the next day and located a unit 2 hours away. Long story short we were back on the road just past 3:00. The pump was physically located between the top of the fuel tank and the truck bed. So they had to drop the fuel tank in order to reach and replace the fuel pump. Colton was AMAZING. Everything he did was focused on successfully getting us back in the road. He provided totally focused customer service. GREAT JOB COLTON!!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE DUDE!!!“
