The first sign of trouble in my case was a small patch of bubbling paint on the living room ceiling. It looked minor at first, so I didn’t think much of it. But during their inspection, they discovered that water was actually traveling from a completely different corner of the roof, moving along a hidden beam path before showing up in that spot. That indirect movement explained why the damage seemed so far away from the actual source, something I would have never figured out on my own.

I contacted All Pro Roofing when trying to get a lower price on homeowners insurance. I wasn’t even a customer of theirs. Chad came out the same day and took pics of my roof and said it looked good. The insurance company kept adding things they needed to issue the policy. Chad was extremely professional and friendly and helpful. I feel horrible I had to keep bothering him but he was wonderful! He didn’t even charge me! I will use All Pro Roofing for my next roof and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen!!!
