I don't like the way Heartland runs the company they should of left CFF alone I don't care what they want the big shot people loves to screw up the company's they buy

No sick time , bereavement pay until a year in with the job not really a driver friendly company. First got hired I was guaranteed two days off soon as I hit the truck was told it's 34 reset...my experience here hasn't been the best. If you get hurt or sick they don't really care they just want wheels turning.

Full disclaimer I'm a driver for Millis Transfer; had some wiring issues with a trailer, shop got it fixed for me and were nice. All the Heartland drivers I have met here have been really cool (even helped out a Heartland driver by giving him one of my spare jj keller seals).
