“A bit long: My main water shut off valve broke Saturday night. We did a quick fix and shut it off. Sunday found someone who could come fix on Monday. He never called or showed so I decided to Google and find J Villarreal plumbing had a 24hr phone number. It was in the evening and they answered. The lady that answered spoke Spanish and she was very patient with me since my Spanish is not so great. She was nice enough to get me another girl, Genesis, who was very pleasant and nice to translate for me. To my surprise, she said to just go check my problem was free! So because of my work, she was able to accommodate me for Wednesday afternoon between 4-430. Wednesday afternoon right before 4 the tech was ringing my doorbell and Genesis was calling me to let me kno they were at my house. I was about 3 minutes away and they patiently waited for me. I was impressed already. The techs Jovan and Andres were both very respectful and patient with my Spanish. They saw the pipe needing to be fixed, got on the phone with office and I got a quote and time estimate right away. Considering the urgency I hired them and they started right away. In about an hour they were done! They cleaned everything up and Jovan was nice enough to answer one more question before heading out. If needed, i will definitely be calling on them again. “Had a slow leak from wall between LR and Kitchen. Blamed dog. Too much water. Called All Valley Plumbing. They sent Osvaldo Hernandez. He brought a small FLIR camera and after looking all along the L shaped wall he showed me an area in red that he suspected to be the leak. We went into the kitchen and next to the sink in a lower cabinet he told me he was going to cut through the rear of the cabinet the dry wall and expose the wall’s interior. To my surprise he found a white drain line and a blue drain line. He turned on the sink water and with his camera caught an active bubbling leak. Video attached. After approving the repair cost Osvaldo made up another PVC drain junction and installed it. He checked for leaks. None. He said job was complete. He cleaned up and I paid the $605.05 charge (included trip and FLIR leak diagnosis). I’m satisfied but feel guilty for blaming the dog.I’m amazed that Osvaldo only made one access hole and that was hidden in the bottom rear of a lower cabinet. Excellent leak diagnosis and repair.Update. Osvaldo returned to check his work once kitchen demo by ServPro was complete. His work was good I asked him to check old kitchen faucet lines. He said 1-2 were corroding from inside out. I authorized to update both inlet lines and new one faucets. Excellent work. I’ll try to add short video.“
“Praise God there’s still some honest people out there! I had a water heater to replace so I called several places for price and the big companies didn’t want to give me a price on the phone. I called a “mom and pop shop” that I thought was going to be reasonable and honest but I was wrong - owner came to my house and wanted $880 + expenses! Thank God I called VMP who replaced my water heater in about an hour, replaced valve and hose and hauled away old one for $350. Thank you so much for being honest, professional and coming to my house very quickly!“

“Here is a company that knows customer service. I walked into the shop looking for pipe insulation because the temp was forecast to drop below freezing. There was a short line of people at the counter but someone behind the counter looked and acknowledged me. When it was my turn, the fellow sent a runner for my parts and he came back, printed an invoice and pointed me to the accounts payable lady. I was out in a flash. Each person I was in contact with was cheerful and seemed to like their job. There was upbeat music playing of the speakers and it was just a happy place. It was a pleasant experience.“
“We have used this company several times this summer for various irrigation repairs we have needed from a broken irrigation main line to replacing broken sprinklers. they also did a comprehensive review of all of our sprinklers to make sure they were all spraying the appropriate areas and within the appropriate range. Sal, Manny and Bob have all been very easy to work with! They show up on time (if not early), they’re reliable and they perform quality work at a fair price. “Castor’s plumbing was a great experience. We had an exterior water back flow balance issue. I called around and Castro Plumbing was quick to respond. Their plumbers came out same day. After assessing the issue, a solution was offered which we agreed to proceed. Plumbing services are never an inexpensive home project for the home owner but when you have a leak, it has to be fixed. I feel that I paid a fair price for the speed of resolving the issue. Their office staff was super professional and helpful. I would be willing to call them again. Highly recommend!“
