Jessica is an excellent massage therapist, and her massage room is very cozy. On top of that, she has another offering in a separate room with different types of bodywork options, like the VAT (vibro-acoustic therapy) a PEMF mat, and soundself meditation. I started a regular routine of this (3x week) to help with sleeping. An unexpected side benefit was lessening of long covid body aches (to almost zero), which I've had for over a year. Fantastic and surprising and you must try this -- highly recommend!

Jessica is very knowledgeable and great at perceiving problem areas, enabling her to cater the massage to individual needs. I left with lasting pain relief as well as advice and exercises I could incorporate in my daily routine. Highly recommend!

Wow! Managed to grab a last minute appointment with Jessica and was thrilled with my massage. It was obvious she really knew how to work with my many issues, injuries and ailments to leave me feeling much more relaxed and move me down the pain scale a few notches just in 60 minutes. Highly recommend Jessica!
