The woman that butchered my tooth probably did not have a license.What she did I could have had done at Home Depot.Dr Cho try to cover her mistake by saying they had to pull my tooth. The financial coordinator gave me cash prices Even though I had contracted fees with my insurance. He went from $4200 estimate down to $655 all of a sudden when I told him that Im aware of the fee schedule
I never experienced such terrible dental visit in my life. I had to go to a professional dentist after that to build my tooth back up and set a crown For less than $400 Do not trust this place.

Love this place, front staff is amazing. Deanna has always been amazing help!They try to give the best care and make it affordable for you as well. Dr. Cho is the dentist I use and he goes above and beyond to explain everything too me.

I needed to come in for a cracked crown and Shay and Doctor Cho took great care of me. I have a fear of the dentist but they made the experience great. Keren was also very sweet and answered all my questions.

I took my son for the first time Village Smiles. Dr. Cho was very polite and explained what needed to be done in a way my son could understand. Nhu the hygienist took her time cleaning his teeth, she was very sweet. Crystal front office was polite, funny and very friendly. We will for sure go back!

Dr. Cho, Crystal and Keren are very professional. The wait time is less than 10 min. I love the atmosphere. Everyone are so friendly. Office is very clean.

They want to do deep cleaning for $1000 And when you refuse that offer and ask for regular cleaning they do not want to do it . They want to force you to pay the $1000 which I think that is illegal !

Do not go here! Informative yes, kind and polite, yes. But got the job done correctly? NO. :( I’m deathly afraid of dentists, but decided to go here because of reviews.
A simple cavity filling left me not being able to eat on that side for weeks. Despite my fear, I went back to complain of pain and the dentist (David Cho) SHAVED a bowl shape into my back molar saying the reason is my top molar was ‘crooked’ and it’s hitting that spot. It did NOT fix the issue. I still couldn’t chew on that side for over a year without this shooting pain in that tooth. The pain finally stopped after some time but I was too scared to go back after that. Now, when I eat, I have to scrape out food from this bowl shaped hole in my tooth every time, it’s ridiculous. I’m even MORE scared of dentists permanently ruining my teeth now more than ever. Do not recommend.
Edit: Also, the day I went there, I was so impressed by the service that I recommend it to my dad who needed crowns and a fake tooth? I’m not sure the terminology, but he spent thousands and ended up having to get them replaced at another facility a year later. I’m telling you don’t go here, you can find better place then this 3.9 star one.

I plan to inform everyone I know not to go to this dentist. I had an insurance change and they were “assigned” as my new provider. Big mistake, I scheduled an initial appointment and said I would like to get a regular cleaning. After they ran many unnecessary tests/exams they tell me I have gum disease and need a “deep cleaning.” Yet I went for a cleaning at the dentist 6 months ago and had no gum disease and had a regular cleaning. My oral hygiene routine has not changed therefore I do not have gum disease. Then I let them give me a quote for the deep cleaning. They said $1000. Are you serious? I just need a basic cleaning. They denied performing a basic cleaning and said they would only treat me if I had the deep cleaning. This place is overcharging and telling people they need unnecessary maintenance to make more money. I will be contacting the news media about the scams going on at this place. They did the same thing to 2 other family members. I would give them 0 Stars or recommendations. I will be going back to my old dentist.
