I went in and I paid $180.00 for an awful job and it was just a fill and a pedicure. I’ve never been so embarrassed to show my hands. I will never go back to this place. When I brought it up to the cashier she was dismissive and did not offer to re do them I had to ask but I will definitely will not go back. Bad experience and a waste of $180.00

My wife had worst service. The guy showed up to do her nails wreaking G of smoke. She asked for a different nail tech no one came so she canceled then her pedicure she purchased a high end pearl pedicure and her feet got a 5 minute dip in water her toes had two different shapes and the color she as rushed to pick was not what she chose. $100 later very disappointed will not be back!!!!! Legacy nails in Plano is where she will go next time. They are the absolute best and do not rushtheir services. She was just shopping near Venetian and thought she would give them a try. Total waiste of time. Even the lady do g the pedicure kept saying this is a better pedicure you get 20 minutes in water, just rediculous. She was scammed

I got the Venetian Signature Manicure, never again. The service was disappointing, and the overall experience left me feeling disrespected. From the moment my sister and I walked in, it felt like we were being judged. We were asked to choose a nail color, but the technician assigned to me deliberately kept her hand over the price list while trying to upsell me. I politely declined, explaining that I have eczema flare-ups and preferred to skip polish altogether. Still, she kept insisting, even suggesting shine or colorless polish after I said no multiple times.
After applying oil on my hands, and the moisture, the lady kept my hands on the same towel with all the cleaned gunk, didn’t think that was common lol
It felt like they assumed I had never been to a salon before… just days prior, I had a great experience elsewhere. What bothered me most, though, was how they constantly spoke to my sister about my service instead of addressing me directly. She had to redirect them to talk to me more than once. I wear a headscarf, she doesn’t, I’ll let you draw your own conclusions. It was a mistake not to check the reviews beforehand and go in based on the name alone. The microaggressions and lack of basic respect made it clear I won’t be returning.

I had a very bad experience at this Nail Spa. The girl who was working on my nails was very rough. She was using her nails to push my cuticles away and she only used the drill to clean my cuticles. I was in a lot of pain and I told her you are hurting me but she didn't listen . I am not happy with the result. My nails don't look nice and there are bubbles under my nails. Also the worker next to her told me next time don't come here at 7 because we have family the shop closes at 7:30. I am still in pain using ointment to treat my cuticles. Please be aware of this place it’s the most unprofessional and aggressive service I ever seen.
