    Don’t do it! The stylist Kim did not smile once while I was there or hardly speak the whole time. It was very uncomfortable. I sat in the chair and got the worst haircut. My hair was long and I came away with a little girl’s short bob haircut. I asked to straighten it and add texturing and she walked away. Very rude! I have never had an experience like that. She should be fired!

    BK was wonderful.. I came in for a new haircut/style after a previous salon really messed my hair up.. she was patient & left feeling great! Will definitely be back!Service: Haircut

    BE AWARE OF THEIR CANCELLATION POLICY AND PRICING. Their Receptionist quoted a price of $150 for a color retouch. I made an appointment for the next day WITHIN 24 hours. Then, I read their lengthy contract, which stated the price for a retouch was $220 or a $220 fee for cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to appointment. So canceling a next day appointment wasn’t an option. I did make my disappointment with their policy known. The stylist ended up charging me $150. Their product and service was average. Not even close to how good it used to be.SHAME ON ME for not reading their very long/detailed contract before making an appointment.Service: Hair coloring

    I called to ask if there was space so I could get my bangs trimmed. She said only if you were a client already they could do my bangs if not, I needed to get the whole $70 hair service. I told them my sister was about to get her bangs done a while back and she wasn’t a customer but because the wait was 2 hours long she left. She kept insisting on looking for my sister’s information and I kept telling them she didn’t get waitlisted and she said “well if she was she would be on our system.” In my opinion, she was talking to me as if I was making my statement up and she had the audacity at the end to say that they couldn’t do my bangs for free. First of all, I never asked for a free service. I just don’t need a haircut in general so I’m not going to pay for a FULL haircut I don’t need. I paid last month over $250 for my highlights I don’t need a little free bang hair cut donation. It was very disrespectful that she was putting words in my mouth by telling me she couldn’t give me a free bang trim service. I was excited to try them out but I will never go there again at least to that location. I even told her at the end that it was okay if they couldn’t just do my bangs because im not a client there, just don't tell me im seeking for a free bang haircut when “free” never came out of my mouth.

    Terrible customer service, I came in for a balayage with the lowest tier stylist on 03/22/22. I understand it is more than one process to achieve blonde when you come in with brown. I’m ok with that. The issue is that I left with YELLOW, and ORANGE inconsistency within the hair and told to come back in 8 weeks. My hair is not a suitable color to wear for 8 weeks until another service. I called and demanded a refund which they gave, I called back the same day hours later because I couldn’t be booked at another salon for a MONTH anyways I called and I was offered by a manager that a master stylist could fix the issue and retract the refund but she had to contact corporate and she left detailed notes for the other manager who would be their the next day to do the follow up. I receive a phone call by the other manager who was completely unhelpful, zero empathy, and explained that the procedures won’t allow them to compensate me since the refund was processed. She acted as if it was completely black and white and there was nothing she can do. So I accepted just paying for the master stylist to fix the problem and pay out of pocket for the corrections the previous stylist at Toni and Guy did. I have limited time to do anything being a single mom and I was finally just trying to do something for myself and now I completely regret this experience and this has been a HUGE inconvenience. I receive a phone call that she has to cancel the appointment on Sunday 03/27/22 and they can’t do a consult until the next day. You couldn’t just one time courtesy: hold my appointment so your salon can TRY to fix or do something? It’s like this lady did not want to help me and I kept running into problems. I cancelled and I will NEVER come here again. The first manager I spoke to was great and really helpful but “Hilda” or whatever her name is sucks. She treated me as if this was my fault. I shouldn’t be promised certain things then another manager tell me they can’t help me. Thanks for the YELLOW and ORANGE hair Toni and Guy!

    Great service!! The girl that worked on my hair was kind and professional. She was very gentle with my hair, it felt like i was at the spa, lol. very satisfying and will defiantly be booking my follow up here once again.

    Best service ever. Took my daughter's hair from no shape to an amazing cut. Anjanette made my daughter's hair look edgy and trendy.

    Love it. The stylist Emily Valencia was so nice and friendly. I wasn't sure what type of cut I wanted but we talked it through and she gave me a great new style I love. I look forward to visiting with her at Toni & Guy again.Services: Hairstyling
