We boarded our dog Luna at The Pup Shack for 2 weeks. It was our first time boarding her. She did have some anxiety for the first few days, and Sheena went above and beyond to make sure she was ok. She sent regular updates and even took Luna to our vet for a checkup. We are so grateful for the love and care that they showed our dog.

The Pup Shack is the best!! This was the first time we’d ever left our 1 yr old dog for a long period of time (9 nights) and he LOVED it. We loved getting all of the pictures of him playing with the other dogs throughout the time we were gone. Communication is amazing, the app is so easy, our Auggie will definitely be back!
