The Pup Shack is amazing! We highly recommend them for boarding! Our dog was so well taken care of! The owners are so kind. They had excellent communication with us from making the reservation through picking our dog up after the stay. Excellent customer service!!

Chester comes home happy and healthy every time he visits the Pup Shack! They always send me updates and they’re so kind to him and me. HIGHLY recommend them to take care of your fur babes when you need it!

I boarded my three dogs for a week with The Pup Shack. It was our first time boarding them, and I was extremely nervous as any pet parent would be. I was super impressed during the meet-and-greet and just got such a great vibe from the staff and environment. It definitely put me at ease!We picked our three pups up last week after we returned from our vacation and they look happy and healthy and are back into their normal routine at home. We will be boarding our pups again with them in the future. I highly recommend!

We are a husband and wife team in Allen, TX providing dog boarding and daycare from our home. We work hard to make sure your fur baby feels at home while you are away and when they are socializing in our space with our pack. We require a meet & greet before drop off date to explore the space, meet the pack, ask questions and to make sure your pup feels comfortable. We do NOT feel, operate or smell like a typical boarding place! We aren’t a “facility”, we are a home/family that loves animals!
