Had to take PTO entire day for warranty work scheduled well in advance. No show and no call. Finally called them and received a VM that they would not be coming at 4:45 PM. Horrible businessService: Repair flooring

Only spot available to fix my carpet was 17 days away. Booked and they provide the 8am to 5pm.Got a call around 4pm saying that the person was late and would arrive at 5:30.Now it’s 6:40 and they never show up.Looking at other reviews it seems I’m not the only one. Builders should choose companies that respect their customers a bit more.

If I had the ability to give a negative star -⭐️ I would. I had warranty work request put in uploaded pictures to their site with some of the issues I was having with gaps in wood floors. The team came out to perform the work "only whats on the work order " I specified multiple gaps throughout my entire house. They came to perform the work and stated I only can do what the work order says , contact your builder. I'm definitely going to contact the builder to use a different flooring company for any future new builds. I'm posting your team quality of work on the builded site bad bad business. ? Bloomfield need to get a better company than this flooring company.
