Extremely frustrating experience —We’ve been coming here for 8 years, which makes this even more disappointing.
This place shows little respect for clients’ time. What should have been a simple visit turned into a long, aggravating wait due to poor workflow from Izzy.
We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes before walking out—(and when we walked in, there was one client almost finished and just one person ahead of us.) After all that time, we ended up leaving without even getting a haircut.
After Izzy finished the haircut of the last person in front of us, there were still two people waiting (including us). Instead of prioritizing pulling clients back, It took her over 30 minutes to apply gel, process payment, and check the waitlist. Then instead of calling the next client, she started troubleshooting the computer, knowing 2 clients were already waiting for over an hour.
At that point, we politely asked if someone else could help troubleshoot so things could move along—especially since she wasn’t close to being finished. Instead of helping, we were met with a noticeably hostile attitude.
At that point, we walked out. I essentially wasted 1.5 hours of my time and didn’t even get a haircut. If you value your time, I would strongly reconsider coming here. Even with only 1–2 people ahead of you, expect to wait 2+ hours.
Note: We were told when we walked in that the computer was down all day so they were taking waitlists on paper, which was not an issue. Troubleshooting should be done when there are not multiple people waiting.

I really like the online app To make an appointment. It allows me to get other things done instead of wasting time waiting for a haircut at the barbershop. The main reason I go to this sports clips is because of Izzy. She is extremely talented and always gives me an awesome haircut. We moved to another town and I tried other places. I could not find anyone who could cut my hair as well as she could so I decided to go back and it was well worth the extra drive. Sports clips is very lucky to have Izzy on their team, she is definitely a superstar stylist!!

Worst customer service experience. I waited an hour to get a hair cut with only 2 people front of me. One of the only two stylists working spent 40 minutes on one guy and then took a 20 minute break after while I waited. I finally left without getting my hair cut. I will never go back to ANY SportClips.

Overall great area, wait time, and cleanliness. Our barber seemed to be newer and didn’t really blend a taper well on my son. Not worth the price tag quite frankly although he was friendly. He may just need more practice.
