So please with all the tech that came out to service my home. My most impressive agent was Chelsea. Very professional and very sober about getting my property back to normal. Thank you Chelsea, thank you puro-clean.
Our roof has a leak since May 2025 after we had our roof replaced by Renfined Roofing out of Prosper. Leak is coming from the wind turbine they replaced.
So being concerned about other damages like mold, mildew, sheetrock attic flooring, insulation, etc.

Plano came out for the attic inspection. He thoroughly checked for the water damage and he stated that he could see where it has been leaking. He took several pics and showed us.
Luckily he said no additional damages but eventually it will get worse and cause other issues.
We were so grateful that he was honest and professional.
