First time with O'Bryan plumbing Services. I called because I wanted to have some valves checked, have some expert feedback and have an assessment done. Man! This is what I called Customer Service!!. They sent a tech named Cody...he is a Rock Star! he was patient, down to earth guy! He provided detailed information, suggestions and most important he was honest on his recommendations. The service was so great that I immediately took advantage of the yearly service plan which gives me peace of mind if I need services in the future.

Good price for a great water heater. Same Day Install. Excellent service and Excellent work. Cri was professional and and thoroughly explained everything. Provided options but didn't hard sell me. They Did everything they said they would with no surprises. Would recommend and will use O'Bryan again! Great work guys!
