Cheryl is awesome. She is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and is a natural teacher. She was able to address my nutritional deficiencies and I’ve never felt better. She keeps me accountable and is a great coach. I highly recommend her for all your nutrition needs.

Cheryl was not a good fit for what we needed. She is passionate about nutrition and I like that she is studying more on how enzymes can help in digestion. My concerns are she only worked with one brand enzymes and it came across like she was their sales person not our nutritionist. The highly restrictive diet we tried by her reccomendations and the enzymes simply didn't take into account my sons food allergies adding even more restrictions and the fact that he is a child. Over 30 digestive enzyme pills a day, plus bc they were not fda approved I had to visit my son each time he ate at school bc the school couldn't give them to him even with a dr note. I highly recommend Neutrition 1st. I have lost 10 pounds this summer because I have started this diet and plan to lose more weight. I decided to see Cheryl after I decided to stop taking ADHD medicine to try other remedies and I recommend you do the same thing. Though I am taking vitamins that Cheryl recommended she is more about eating habits and has you on a 6 meal plan. She is very passionate when it comes to neutrition and is very sweet and cares about her patients and as long as I am in the Dallas Fort Worth Area I will not leave Neutrition First for another Neutritionist.
