I have been using Jeremy for my home office for 8+ years. My business is internet based so when it goes down it is critical. When I have an issue Jeremy always is there in a timely fashion to help me resolve the issues. I appreciate being able to have someone that I can call last minute and someone that I trust.

I was so pleased after hiring Jeremy with Mr. Computer to come help me with a very slow computer (more disc space needed) - AND he just happened to have the part with him in anticipation! plus he also assisted me with the setup of a second laptop, and he went above and beyond to ensure I had all of the support I needed. Highly recommend Mr. Computer!

Mr. Computer has been a great benefit to our company. When we shifted from having an on-site server to being Cloud-based, our IT needs changed dramatically. Mr. Computer provides us with all the technical assistance we need without the cost of a dedicated IT person. He responds quickly to our requests for assistance, and takes the time to explain what the problems are and how to fix them. Most importantly, he doesn't overwhelm you with technical jargon, or make you feel stupid when you ask a dumb question.
