Jerry is new here and is the reason I'm writing this review. Been to several massage envy's for 5-6 years and Jerry's massage was the best I've had in my life. You can tell he is not trained in the US. Excellent technique and no direction was needed. Would pay even triple for his service again.

This review is long overdue.... I had a very not normal customer service issue back in August 2025. I reached out to the Manager, Sarah and asked for special consideration in resolving my issue. Sarah was very understanding and took care of everything to my complete satisfaction. Sarah was WONDERFUL! Exceptional customer service. I am a small business owner in a customer facing business. It is rare that I am treated as well as I treat my customers. Sarah treated me exceptionally well and I very much appreciate that. Thank you Sarah!
