We have been with Paula Field, CPA firm for several years now and love her and the team. We received a penalty from the IRS in October of 2022 close to 50k due to masked SS/EINs for 2020 1099s.We responded to the notice which they quickly came back and said the penalty was still being enforced. Paula and her team stepped in and prepared a very thorough response and was able to get our penalty abated. It took several months and a great deal of hard work but they fought for us which we are so very thankful to have someone looking out for our company. We highly recommend her and her team for accounting and tax needs.

The organization has had my tax information for almost a month. I have received no communication whatsoever, no texts, no phone calls, no emails. I realize I am a "small fish", however the customer service is horrible. I will contact the state AICPA to see if there is anything I can do to post a comment to this company.

Super amazing trading platform, easy to use and quick withdrawal. I have been using this platform together with the most recommended forex strategy on the internet from Mr Arnold clark and so far i have no complains, making close to $6200 just with minimum of $500 weekly basis. He is really great,

I have been contemplating writing this review for two years but as I read the existing reviews and the consistent inability to take responsibility and blame the customer for any action that goes wrong with her business I could not sit back and watch it continue.First - we no longer use her service, my story is from the previous two years. For both years we submitted our paperwork months before the tax deadlines and in both year's 2019 & 2020 our taxes were emailed on deadline - NEVER AHEAD OF TIME! In 2020 we were actually emailed our taxes with a video and they were incorrect! Useless video.When I tried to speak with the owner, she had given everyone the day off and no one answered the phone. Well, needless to say we were panicked because we knew we would now be one day late. Finally after going back and forth with voicemails with an office person who was not qualified to answer my questions, we get a call back from the owner who proceeds to embarrass me due to her office's incompetence. To this day we have never received a revised corrected version. Not to mention we paid 7x more than we do now! It appears the only reason there are good ratings/reviews are due to longtime local residents who have used her services. Beware. Find a better skilled more updated accountant who will actually respond and care about her clients.We found another accountant locally and couldn't be happier. She will never own up to her faults. Look at her responses to reviews.

So I called this office and the receptionist took my info and I specifically mentioned that we need a CPA who understands day trading accounting method as this is different than filing a regular business tax return. The "Business Manager' called me back and asked how can they help...I repeated the same information and told her I have been with my CPA for over 15 years and he advised to find a specialist in this field. This Business Manager (and I can't remember her name at the moment) proceeded to tell me does he know how to Google it! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? YES I WANT SOMEONE TO GOOGLE HOW TO FILE A MARK-TO-MARKET FILING. THIS IS THE IRS!!!! I proceeded to tell her I have Google it and it is very detailed; she said they would need a 40 minute consultation and it would be $450 for them to tell me how to file the form.....I'll GOOGLE IT myself since that is your method.SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN YOU HAVE CALLER WHO CAN BE A NEW CLIENT!!!!
