A suggestion for her office .. I received a txt msg reminder of my appointment but no phone number to call to cancel or change appointment. I didn't have her office number in my phone. So had to do the dance on google to search for it. This frustrates me. I know my bad for not having her phone on my directory but would be nice if these txt msg reminders also included her phone number .

Our family has been with Dr. Erika Hallock since she opened her Allen office. She is an outstanding dentist. She is also one of the most delightful women I have ever met. She and her equally caring and friendly staff deliver nothing but the highest level of professionalism, courtesy and kindness. Dr. Hallock also learns what new technologies are available and uses those that are appropriate for her patients. She is busy (the great ones always are) but if you have a dental emergency, you will be seen. I will never go to any other dentist. There is no need. We have found the best one.

This office is nothing shy of amazing people and doctor. I called her Monday morning with unbearable pain couldn't wait. I seen her within 24 hrs. And the a solution that has made my week. Very prof we professional and swift.. The intregrity this docto has is AMAZING. Erika is the real deal people. Dont sleep on her. She the bomb
