“I had a root canal done on Friday afternoon at 4pm, and to say I was nervous would be an understatement. Dental procedures have always made me anxious, but my experience at Allen Always Smiles completely changed that for me. Dr. Susanna and her amazing assistant, Ranatta, took such incredible care of me from start to finish that I didn’t even need nitrous. Before the procedure, Dr. Susanna applied a numbing gel to my gums, and I truly felt nothing… no pain from the injections, no discomfort from the numbing process, and absolutely no pain during the root canal itself. It honestly felt unbelievable. What makes this office so special is the consistency of care. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by Trisha at the front desk, who is always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. And it’s always one of the wonderful assistants, Ranatta or Veronica, who are both so kind, calming, and attentive. This is, without a doubt, the best dental practice I have ever been to. If you have dental anxiety like I do, this is the place to go. They make you feel safe, cared for, and completely at ease. I am beyond grateful for the experience and cannot recommend Allen Always Smiles enough!“
