“SHOCK WAVE THERAPY
I was seeing Dr. Wojnicki for basic back adjustments. I mentioned that I have been having severe pain in my heels from playing several hrs. of pickleball a week. I have already seen a foot specialist and had several steroid shots in my heel without any major improvement. I thought my last option was to have surgery done just so I can get back to my daily activities without having any pain. Dr. Wojnicki suggested that I do a round of shock wave therapy treatments. He said I may see some improvements right away, but it will take a few weeks after finishing all the treatments before I see some major results.
I'm pleased to say that after 4 weeks from my last treatment of shock wave therapy that I do not have any pain and I'm back to playing 4-6 hrs. a week of playing pickleball.“
