Since Brittany Perez told me about EASY STUCK she has always behaved in a professional manner, every time I need help she is always willing to help me with all the orders the company needs. I believe she is ready for a new promotion!!. In the past I have had sales representatives, but I believe she has always stepped up to help me with what the company needs. Ever since Todd took over this store has gotten so much better. It's obvious he cares, we haven't got the best service in the past at this location, as long as Todd is here we will be more inclined to buy here. If Todd leaves we will take our business elsewhere. Paying for the carrier brand is not worth it if we can't get straight answers or if we have to wait an hour just to load a system up. Carrier needs to take notes on how Todd runs this store.

I recently needed help looking for a piece of HVAC equipment and with the help of Greg & his team in the Largo FL store they made it happen for us. I order for Joe Cool every day and anytime I have a question they always help out with a smile in their voice! And to tell you when ordering everyday with multiple jobs going in each day, its not always a smooth process but I can always count of them!!! Nice job guys, I am glad to have your team on my side :)
