#boymom here... ages 10, 12, 14, and 16. We attempted to go to another barber closer to home for the convenience. My 14-year old quickly requested to return to Mr. Keithon. He takes his time. The entire team is friendly, professional, and timely. The shop and its restrooms are clean. And, it's a positive environment for my sons.

As a 10+ year patron of Blades and Shears, I can say that without a doubt, they are the best in Allen. Reggie is my preferred barber, but both Brian and Jay are talented, professional and keep the mood welcoming. The prices are competitive and the service is top notch. Do yourself a favor and go check them out.
Went in with 2 Muslim brothers. Out of the 3 of us, only one got a haircut. The barber was nice and did an exceptional job on the brother's hair. Rear fade and all that.
The decor was cool. International flags. A humorous poster with reasons for a barber to turn away a customer. A bookshelf with good reads.
They recommended a couple of restaurants and talked with us about the area (demographics, history, etc.).
