Our locksmith was Neal and he was fabulous. We are selling our house so we wanted to change our lock and we wanted a similar one that looked like the one we have. Neal went with me to the store and helped me pick out the right one. I have had other locksmiths come out and never did I have one as professional or personable as Neal. There are so many locksmiths out there but it's customer service like that that sets him apart from others... Hands down he is the best.... Please call and ask for Neal you won't be dissatisfied or disappointed..
Writing two reviews, but they are the same. 1 for the Allen location and 1 for the Plano location.I first found them from good reviews and then called several around the area as the dealership took forever to get a key fob in. This place had the best price at the time (promo going on?) and so I made an appointment!Unfortunately, some miscommunication happened because I called the Allen location, where I live, and we made an appointment for Saturday.
