I was shopping for carpet that was of good quality and at a reasonable price. I found both at Allen Floors and was delighted to also find a level of customer service that we don’t often see but is very much appreciated. Johnny is personable and as he answered my questions it was obvious that he is very knowledgeable about carpet. I am very happy with my experience working with Johnny at Allen Floors and would recommend him to everyone needing new flooring. We had a sizable project we wanted to take care of at our home and Johnny was so helpful with assisting us within learning about the different carpet products that would work best in our home. He let us take home some samples so we could see how the carpet colors looked with our walls and this really helped. We had a bunch of questions and he went through everything for us in such a detailed manner that we were confident in our choices. David and Johnny great people to work with, honestly felt we hired right people to do whole house flooring.
Juan and jose team worked at my home, whole house flooring was flipped within 6 days,from demolition of tile and carpet to everything LVP. Also the product they offered us was great. If I ever need flooring I would go to Allen floors.
