I had a great experience getting my eye exam at Allen Eyecare Center! Kara S and Jacob at the front desk welcomed me as soon as I walked in. They had great energy, and they took the time to smile and greet me. Dylan was an excellent technician and was very professional. Dr. Brooks is a wonderful doctor. He is very patient and takes the time to explain everything. Eye exams usually make me nervous, but the professional attitude of the staff and the friendly faces helped calm my nerves and let me have a great experience!
Dr. Brooks Wood Jr. Is the nicest and the most caring doctor I have even been to. He took the time to examine my vision and to answer all questions. Most of doctors in today's world are not the same...they try to rush one out of the door to get to another patient. Super friendly front desk staff. Wish I could give this practice 10 STARS!
We've been served by Dr Kritzer for about 20 years. He worked well with my children since pre-school. My wife and I started going too. I also see Dr Brooks Wood for glaucoma, since my mother and grandmother had it. Support personnel good/helpful. Very satisfied with Allen Eyecare Center. Still using Allen Eyecare Center in 2022. I like them.2023 update. Dr Kritzer retired last year; now see Dr Brooks Wood for general eyecare, also. Very good. Still very pleased.2024-Still a great place for eye care. Recommend it every time.
