Had intermittent knee problem and was considering getting a walking cane for the bad days; wasn't sure they could help, but Dr. K. knew exactly what to do, and it's like night and day! Glad I went!!

this is an AMAZING technique! When I went in I was so uncomfortable, painful to sit or stand...1st visit, I was better...2nd visit, almost no pain...3rd visit, NO PAIN - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Dr. Armstrong and Elijah were fantastic in helping me with shoulder pain, lower back issues, and neck stiffness. In just three sessions, my shoulder pain completely disappeared!
They were thorough in their diagnosis, explained everything clearly, and provided me with easy-to-do exercises I can perform at home to maintain my progress. On top of that, they are incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!
