“I was looking to buy a house and wanted the foundation checked before I bought. I was told I had to pay a fee at inspection and agreed to pay it. The house of my dreams did need some foundation repairs and as soon we bought the house I called Aztec back out to sign the contract so we could begin the repairs. That fee was deducted from my total price and they began repairs shortly after. I was satisfied with the whole process and impressed with how much better the house looks now.
