I had my windows installed years ago and have been very happy with them ever since. Recently, I had an issue with a lock, and Doug came out to take care of it. Energy One replaced windows at our house. The installation went smoothly and they finished in a day. I love the new windows! Our electric bills have definitely gone down. One window which faces west used to radiate heat. Now, we don't notice the intense heat in the afternoon. Recently, while cleaning the screens, I accidently knocked the corner of one screen into another a put a small hole in it. I called and they said they could come out and fix it. Doug came out and finished it within minutes after he arrived. So easy! They have been a great company to work with.
