Never thought I'd be saying I'm glad to of done business with a debt recovery service but boy am I glad they got it.
Basically I was being sent to collections by a shady company that had no real reason to be doing so, and of course I got an email from Southwest recovery stating the issue and showing everything I needed to know.
I knew I didn't owe it so I worked with Sawyer back and forth and they did indeed confirm that the company was not supposed to be getting payment from me. Thanks guys for saving me a pretty big chunk of change!
Just have to give a shout out to Lisa H. with Southwest Recovery. From the initial hello when she answered my call to the final call she showed professionalism and kindness. She was eager to help me and with her industry background was able to even provide more information to help my situation. I wish all customer service had her kind, courteous and professionalism.
