We have been clients of Windmill for several years now, and we have never had a bad experience. The staff and Dr. Price go above and beyond everytime to make sure you and your furbaby are comfortable and receive the best care at all times! Everyone is always personal and takes the time to remember your pet, and they always do followups to make sure everything is ok afterwards.
Front office staff are helpful and efficient. They greet my dogs by name. Dr Price never seems rushed, and is thorough, answering questions to my satisfaction. She loves her patients. The place is clean and well organized. In addition to excellent veterinary care, I boarded my timid girl for 2 nights and she was well cared for and they put up with me calling to check on her. When I picked her up she was bathed and had a fresh pedicure.
I loved how attentive and compassionate both the techs and the veterinarian Dr. Pierce were with my very anxious dog. They saw her sweetness past the anxiety, and treated her so calmly and gently. She has always been kind of scared of everything, but they didn't make me feel bad for her whining and overall VERY vocal nature, they accommodated us so it would be less stressful for her, and less loud for the other customers and their sweet pets.
